NGIN offer the help and support that you and your family need

Support

We offer a range of community-based programmes, including ESOL classes, personal development, and creative arts, alongside outreach casework support for families and individuals.

Our one-to-one casework programme is designed to be person centred, with the Caseworker offering tailored support, resources, and guidance to address specific challenges. This may include support completing particular forms such as; GP registrations, school enrolments or it may include support in accessing specific services such as housing, healthcare, legal support, or mental health.

At NGIN through our casework programme, we also provide food support to people who are going through the asylum process, those who are destitute with no recourse to public funds by being a referral partner to local foodbanks with the Trussell Trust.

The objective of our Outreach Casework support programme is to empower individuals, helping them overcome barriers and improve their situation through practical support.

Casework is provided on a one-to-one basis and by appointment. Should you require support or know someone in need of, please email or call for further information.

“NGIN has helped me a lot with teaching me language. I have attended cultural celebration events and this year I will continue to learn more.”
